SUMMARY
- Slamcore, a London-based spatial intelligence software company, has raised $14 million in a new funding round led by ROKStar Ventures, a subsidiary of Rockwell Automation.
The latest investment brings Slamcore’s total funding to $40 million, with backing from investors including Toyota Ventures, Interwoven Ventures, MMC Ventures, Amadeus Capital Partners, and IP Group.
The funding comes as industrial operators increasingly seek solutions to improve productivity and safety across factories and warehouses.
Despite significant automation investments many facilities still lack real time visibility into manual vehicle fleets such as forklifts contributing to operational inefficiencies and workplace safety risks.

Slamcore’s technology uses stereo cameras and proprietary visual AI to continuously track vehicle position and movement indoors without relying on GPS, floor markers, beacons, or additional infrastructure.
Its platform provides facility-wide fleet visibility, helping operations teams improve vehicle utilization, reduce idle time, and enhance incident response.
The company’s products, Slamcore Aware and Slamcore Alert, also monitor driver behavior and detect proximity risks involving pedestrians and structures, helping prevent accidents before they occur.
Led by CEO Owen Nicholson Slamcore’s solutions are already deployed across more than 30 facilities in Europe and North America. The company plans to use the new funding to expand operations and accelerate product development.
“Operations managers in factories and warehouses have largely been flying blind when it comes to their manual fleets. Slamcore Aware and Slamcore Alert change that from day one, without disruption to existing operations,” said Owen Nicholson, CEO, Slamcore.
“ROKStar Ventures’ investment tells us that the industry’s most sophisticated players see this as a foundational infrastructure, not just another point solution. As our footprint grows, so does a body of real-world operational data that does not exist anywhere else and that will become the backbone for the next generation of physical AI.”
