Mendo Raises €12 Mn in Series A Round led by Ventech and Educapital

French startup Mendo, which helps businesses adopt generative AI and AI agents, has raised €12 million in a Series A funding round. The round was led by Ventech and Educapital, with participation from Tomcat and OVNI.
The company plans to use the funding to continue developing its products, grow its team, and expand its presence across Europe.
Although AI technology is advancing quickly, many companies still find it difficult to move beyond testing and experimentation. Mendo believes that successful AI adoption requires more than just technology—it also involves integrating AI into daily work processes and helping employees learn how to use it effectively.
"With agentics, AI changes status: it is no longer a tool that saves you a few hours a week, it becomes the layer that orchestrates and governs all of a company’s operations. No company will pull off this transition without bringing its people along and changing the way it is organised. Our role is to make that adoption possible at scale, without leaving anyone behind", said Quentin Amaudry, CEO and co-founder of Mendo.

With the new funding, Mendo plans to improve its analytics tools to help companies identify the most valuable AI use cases and track how widely AI is being adopted across their organizations. According to the company, early results show that its approach can increase AI adoption by up to six times compared to traditional methods.
Mendo also plans to double its workforce from 50 to 100 employees, mainly in product, engineering and sales roles. In addition, the company will accelerate its expansion across key European markets to meet the growing demand for AI adoption solutions.
Founded in 2021 by Quentin Amaudry and Alexandre Pinon-Jacques, Mendo was created to solve a common problem in AI adoption. Its platform helps connect AI tools with the employees who use them making it easier for companies to get real value from their AI investments.
The platform helps businesses find practical ways to use AI, encourage adoption across different teams and measure the impact of their AI initiatives. It also supports employees throughout the transition, helping them adapt to new AI-powered ways of working.
