Kopa.ai Raises €2M Seed Funding To Build AI Agents For E-commerce Teams

The round was co-led by XTX Ventures and Practica Capital, with participation from Inovia Capital and angel investor Etan Ilfeld.

The company is developing AI agents designed to act as autonomous operators for e-commerce businesses, helping teams manage decisions across products, marketing, inventory and customer operations. Instead of dashboards or recommendations, Kopa.ai focuses on delivering clear actions and executing tasks directly across connected tools.

Founded to simplify complex e-commerce operations, the platform enables AI agents to understand business goals, analyse performance data, and continuously optimise outcomes through a closed loop of decision-making, execution, and learning.

Kopa.ai launched its public version in late 2025 and reached €2 million in ARR by May 2026. It now serves more than 2,000 customers, ranging from early-stage brands to established performance-driven e-commerce companies.

The company plans to use the new funding to strengthen its core AI systems, expand its engineering team and enhance the capabilities of its agents to handle increasingly complex business decisions across the full e-commerce lifecycle.
