Y Combinator, Essence, A Capital, SignalFire, J12, and M12 led the round, with participation from angel investors including Clem Delangue, CEO of Hugging Face, Bob van Luijt, CEO of Weaviate, Arash Ferdowsi, co-founder of Dropbox, Charlie Songhurt, former Head of Corp Strategy at Microsoft, Sanketh Shetty, senior director of engineering at Instagram, and Lasse Espehalt, staff research scientist at DeepMind.

The money will be used by the business to grow both its operations and growth initiatives. It's founder and CEO, Daniel Lenton, gives developers the flexibility to manage the cost, speed, and quality of their LLM applications by assigning each prompt to the best LLM based on user preferences for striking a balance between these conflicting variables.
