German-Based Logicc Raises €2.5M Funding To Build A Secure AI Platform

The platform helps professionals use AI safely while meeting strict data protection requirements.

The company has already crossed €1 million in annual recurring revenue within just over six months, showing strong early demand.

The funding round included investors such as 10X Founders Fund, Redstone, and MS&AD, along with strategic angel investors.

Logicc, founded in 2025 by Emil Woermann, Jacob Leffers, Benjamin Seifert, and Santiago Martinez-Avial, builds a secure AI platform for compliance-heavy industries such as law, healthcare, tax advisory and public institutions.

The platform is fully GDPR-compliant aligned with German legal requirements hosted on German servers and designed with zero data retention and zero-knowledge architecture to ensure maximum data protection.

Logicc brings multiple AI models like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini into one secure interface, along with industry-specific tools, custom AI assistants, and team collaboration features.

The new funding will help expand the platform and strengthen its reach among regulated industries.
