German EnergyTech company Reverion has raised €154.2 million ($175 million) in a Series B funding round. The company develops reversible fuel cell power plants designed to support decentralized energy supply.
Everphone
Berlin-based Everphone, a Device-as-a-Service company, has secured €15 million in refinancing. The funding will help the company provide new workplace devices to employees of its business customers through long-term leasing plans.
Complaion
Italian company Complaion has raised €13.5 million in funding. The company helps small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) manage certifications and stay compliant with regulations.

Paris-based industrial robotics company Inbolt has secured €11 million in funding to support its international growth. The company also plans to expand into the data centre and electronics manufacturing sectors.
Rayon
Rayon, a browser-based design software platform for interior designers, has raised €10 million in Series A funding. The round was led by Partech, with continued support from existing investors Northzone, Foundamental, and Seedcamp. The latest funding brings Rayon's total funding to nearly €16 million.
Marble
Marble is a Paris-based company that has raised €6.5 million in Series A funding. The round was led by Smartfin, a European investment firm focused on high-growth B2B technology companies.
