Neutonic, a functional drinks and supplements brand, has raised $6 million at a $60 million valuation to accelerate its global expansion across the UK, US and other international markets.

The round includes participation from investors such as Alan Barrett, Ollie Marchon, Ross Edgley, Dan Martell, Codie Sanchez, Nomit Shah, and Zach Ranen, along with continued support from existing shareholders. Jay Parker has also joined the company as a special advisor.

Founded in 2023 by Chris Williamson, James Smith, Luke Betts and Shan Hanif, Neutonic has grown rapidly selling over 7.5 million cans since launch.

The company operates in the fast-growing nootropics and functional drinks space, offering products designed to enhance focus, mental clarity, and sustained energy using research-backed ingredients.

Neutonic is on track to exceed $25 million in revenue this year, driven by strong growth across direct-to-consumer and retail channels.

Its products are now available in more than 10,000 retail locations worldwide, including grocery stores, specialty retailers, and fitness outlets.

The new funding will support expansion in key markets such as the UK and US, entry into new regions including Australia, strategic hiring across core teams and continued product innovation and distribution growth.
