Olsam Group, a London-based company, acquired Dwarfs, a reputable eCommerce aggregate in the Netherlands. The combined business, known as Olsam Group, will get a broader credit facility in connection with the acquisition, allowing it to pursue more strategic acquisitions.
The combined company will be run by Olsam, with Sam and Ollie Horbye, the Olsam Group's co-founders, serving as co-CEOs. The operations of the combined business will be based in London.

With a portfolio of market-leading e-commerce brands, Olsam Group is expected to bring in over $100 million in revenue annually by 2024.

Through the acquisition, Olsam's unmatched expertise in managing, acquiring, and growing e-commerce brands is strengthened. This expertise includes extensive knowledge of selling on some of the top platforms in the world outside of Amazon.
Olsam's consolidated global supply chain base, Amazon's trading and internationalisation expertise (which brings brands from the US to Europe), and an advanced data & analytics platform will all be leveraged by the combined business. Dwarfs will offer its deep operational experience in trading on Bol.com and other major European marketplaces, in addition to its proficiency in new product development.

The company hopes to achieve significant synergies throughout the value chain by utilising a single operating platform. Through potential for channel and geographic expansion, this will lead to the ultimate objective of achieving an appealing profitability profile.
