The round also included Crosspoint Capital and follow-on investments from existing backers General Catalyst and Ten Eleven Ventures, bringing the company’s total funding to $36.5 million.

The company plans to use the funding to strengthen its platform’s capabilities for enterprise security and AI teams, expand engineering and go-to-market operations, and grow its presence in the US market.

As enterprises increasingly adopt AI agents to automate workflows and operations, many organisations face challenges around visibility, governance and risk management. Geordie AI aims to address this by providing a centralised platform that helps businesses understand, secure, and manage AI agents at scale.

Its platform gives enterprises real-time insights into which AI agents exist, what systems and data they can access, how they behave, and what risks they may create. Geordie also offers a runtime remediation suite called Beam, designed to monitor and constrain AI agent behaviour without slowing innovation.

The company has seen rapid growth, reporting 1,300% ARR growth within the first five months of 2026 and winning the 2026 RSAC Innovation Sandbox competition.
