HR Path

HR Path, a global leader in HR consulting, announces a record €500 million fundraising from Ardian to use the new funding to continue and accelerate the external growth strategy initiated in 2009, which has seen the integration of 38 companies in 12 countries. 

Citibox

Madrid-based Citibox secures €80 million in debt funding, led by Growth Credit Partners (London) and CoVenture (New York), to expand its network of smart mailboxes throughout Spain.

Polestar Capital’s Circular debt fund

Polestar Capital’s Circular debt fund (PCDF) raises €43million in debt fund. A €30 million commitment comes from the European Investment Fund (EIF), backed by InvestEU and the Dutch Alternative Credit Instrument in which the EIF participates together with Dutch national promotional institution Invest-NL.

Cartken

Cartken Inc., known for its AI-based autonomy stack, secures $22.5 million in funding. 468 Capital led the round, with participation from Incubate Fund, deep tech and AI funds LDV Partners and Vela Partners alongside global mobility technology leaders including Magna International, Mitsubishi Electric, Shell Ventures, and Volex.

Global Social Impact Investments

The European Investment Fund (EIF) is investing €22.5 million in Global Social Impact Fund II (GSIF Spain), managed by Global Social Impact Investments (GSI).

Founded in 2012 and based in Coimbra, Eneida is a trailblazing company in Neighbourhood Grid Intelligence for Zero Emission Neighbourhoods (ZEN) and has raised €10.5 million in funding during its series B round.

alcemy

alcemy, Deeptech startup, raises $10million in funding to expand its cement decarbonisation solution. The goal of the funding round, which is being managed by Norrsken VC, is to support it's R&D initiatives and make it easier for the company to enter additional markets in 2024, including the US.

Kvantify

Kvantify, a leading quantum software start-up, secures €10 million in seed funding. This round was led by Danish VC Dreamcraft, together with biotech investor Lundbeckfonden BioCapital and the private investment company 2degrees. Other notable investors include international sector-focused tech investor Redstone VC, Danish lead quantum VC 2xN as well as EIFO.

eAgronom

eAgronom, the agriculture-focused climate tech company helping farmers adopt sustainable practices for the health of their soils and the planet, raises €10 million in series A2 equity round funding. Funds raised will expand it’s presence in key markets and scale the company in various sustainable farming programs, especially Scope 3 and sustainable financing.

Natcap

Natural Capital Research Limited Natcap raises €9.2 million in series A round funding to scale its pioneering nature tech product. It has secured new funding from André Hoffmann, Norinchukin Capital, Yeo Ventures, and Pelican Ag. Natcap round also includes investment from former CEO of Refinitiv David Craig, as well as follow-on investments from Oxford Science Enterprises, funds advised by MW&L Capital Partners, and Alea Iacta Est, all of which participated in the company’s £2.5 million seed round in early 2023.
