VAM WaterTech acquisition news - VAM WaterTech is being Acquired by Hans Blaak together with ORAXYS and France’s SWEN Capital Partners

VAM WaterTech, a Dutch company that specializes in water treatment and recycling for the agrifood sector, is being acquired by Managing Director Hans Blaak, Luxembourg-based ORAXYS, and France’s SWEN Capital Partners.

The goal of the acquisition is to boost growth in Europe, North America, and Asia, and develop new solutions for different types of vegetable crops.

VAM WaterTech

Founded in 1995 in Zeeland by Eduard van Antwerpen, VAM WaterTech designs and makes modular equipment for water treatment and recycling.

The systems are designed to meet the needs of global customers, including agrifood processors, packers, and retailers. The company’s solutions are efficient, reliable, and easy to use. They help reduce clean water usage by up to 95%, especially for washing and rinsing vegetables.

VAM WaterTech works with agri-food industry partners to ensure food safety for consumers.
