The company offers a proactive health membership that combines diagnostics, clinical expertise, and causal AI to help individuals understand their health and how to improve it.

It focuses on identifying the root causes of health issues by linking medical history, lifestyle, and environmental data with diagnostic testing.

Calibre aims to address the growing gap in preventive healthcare noting that many people struggle to understand their health needs and increasingly rely on AI tools for guidance. The platform provides personalised health insights and actionable plans to improve daily wellbeing and reduce long-term risks.

It works with clinician-led care supported by causal AI to deliver continuous, personalised health monitoring, previously accessible mainly to elite athletes and high-net-worth individuals. The service is priced from €79.3 (£69) per month.

Calibre is currently applying to become a CQC-regulated provider in the UK with clinical services delivered through its partner DocTap. The UK is its initial market, with plans for international expansion.

Alex Weber, co-founder and CEO of Calibre, said, “Over the last years, we have been witnessing a generational shift in how people think about health – from health being the absence of sickness to it being the foundation to live life fully. Left alone by the system, people are now in the era of health guesswork. Calibre is what comes next: a proactive health partner for life that deeply understands your full picture, tells you what’s actually driving your health, and guides you as your health evolves. Our vision is a world where everyone has the health to realise their potential.”
