The round included returning investors NPIF Mercia Equity Finance and Finance Yorkshire’s Seedcorn Fund, alongside new backing from Foresight Group.

The company plans to use the capital to expand into the Asia-Pacific region and hire three to five additional software engineering and customer success staff in the UK.

Founded and led by CEO Stuart Warrington, Envoke builds a virtual simulation platform that creates interactive digital replicas of complex laboratory equipment.

Its software supports healthcare providers and hardware manufacturers with remote onboarding, troubleshooting, and automated competency tracking, helping reduce field technician call-outs by an estimated 15–20%.

The company currently employs 16 people across the UK and US, is approaching £1 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR), and counts major healthcare clients such as the Mayo Clinic and Hawaii’s national blood laboratories among its customers.
