Cloudsmith

Cloudsmith, a Belfast-based cloud-native artifact management platform provider, has raised $72 million in Series C funding.

The round was led by TCV, with participation from Insight Partners and other existing investors.

The company plans to use the funding to accelerate product development and expand its go-to-market capabilities.

Led by CEO Glenn Weinstein, Cloudsmith offers an artifact management platform designed for AI-driven development.

UNIVITY 

UNIVITY has raised €27 million in a Series A round led by Blast, Expansion, the Bpifrance Deep Tech 2030 fund, and two family offices.

The funding will support its demonstration program, which includes building, launching, and operating two satellites by February 2028.

ATMOS Space Cargo

ATMOS Space Cargo has raised €25.7 million in a Series A round co-led by Balnord and Expansion Ventures, with backing from multiple investors including European Innovation Council.

The new funding will enable ATMOS Space Cargo to run a three-vehicle PHOENIX 2 campaign, launch ATMOS WORKS for government and defence customers, and begin developing PHOENIX 3, a next-generation return vehicle with roughly ten times the payload capacity of PHOENIX 2.

Planetary

Planetary, a Swiss full-stack fermentation company building the industrial backbone of the bioeconomy, has raised nearly €17 million in Series A equity funding along with €6.3 million in credit, bringing its total funding to about €34 million.

Decade Energy

Decade Energy a company building power infrastructure for logistics depots, has raised €22 million in funding led by Eiffel Investment Group and SET Ventures, alongside existing investors.

OrangeQS

Orange Quantum Systems, a Delft-based startup founded in 2020, has raised €15 million in its Seed round, including a second closing backed by the European Innovation Council (EIC) Fund.

The new funding will help accelerate development of its MAX product line and strengthen its position in building next-generation quantum chip testing solutions for the global quantum computing industry.

ScreenPoint Medical

ScreenPoint Medical a Nijmegen-based breast AI company focused on breast cancer detection and risk assessment, has raised €11.9 million in new funding from existing investors, including Insight Partners and Siemens Healthineers.

The company has also secured €1.7 million in non-dilutive research grants. With this combined funding, ScreenPoint Medical plans to drive product innovation expand into international markets and strengthen its position in advancing the future of breast cancer diagnosis and care.

Exergy3

Exergy3, an Edinburgh-based CleanTech startup, has raised €11.4 million (£10 million) in Seed funding to scale its ultra-high temperature thermal energy storage technology.

The round was led by Axeleo Capital, with participation from Bayern Kapital and Kibo Invest. Existing investors, including Scottish Enterprise, Zero Carbon Capital, and University of Edinburgh’s venture fund Old College Capital, also joined the round.

The funding will help Exergy3 scale its technology, which is designed to support industrial decarbonisation, grid balancing, and improved energy security through advanced thermal energy storage solutions.

Smart Robotics

Smart Robotics, an embodied AI company focused on intralogistics automation, has raised €10 million in a Series A funding round.

The round was led by Rotterdamse Havendraken, with participation from Innovation Industries and the Dutch family office Ernij Next.

The company will use the funding to accelerate its expansion across Europe, grow its product offerings, and further enhance its AI-driven control layer.

Galam Robotics

Galam Robotics, a Paris-based startup founded by Samuel Perez and Jonathan Levy, has raised €10 million in a Series A funding round led by Supernova Invest (via its CAIT fund) and Bpifrance.
