OQC has raised an oversubscribed £260 million ($350M) Series C round, marking Europe’s largest private funding round for a quantum computing company.

Factorial

Factorial, a Barcelona-based workforce management software company, has secured $150 million in Series D funding, reaching a valuation of $2.5 billion.

Quobly

Quobly, a French quantum computing company developing silicon-based quantum processors, has secured €115 million in Series A funding to accelerate the industrialisation of its technology and prepare the launch of its first commercial quantum computing system.

Ona Therapeutics

Ona Therapeutics, a Barcelona-based biopharmaceutical company developing first-in-class antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) for treatment-resistant cancers, has announced the closing of an oversubscribed $86.6 million Series B funding round.

Wordsmith

Wordsmith, an Edinburgh-based legal AI startup, has raised a $70 million (€60.2M) Series B round, bringing its total funding to $100 million (€86M). The round was backed by Highland Europe and Index Ventures, alongside other investors.

IMU Biosciences

IMU Biosciences, a biotechnology company focused on decoding the human immune system, has extended its oversubscribed Series A funding round to more than $53 million (£40 million).

Endra

Stockholm-based AI startup Endra has raised $50 million in Series A funding to scale its platform that automates design work for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) consultants.

Semble

Semble, a UK-based healthcare technology company, has raised £30 million in a Series C round led by Revaia, with participation from Partech, Mercia Ventures, and Octopus Ventures.

Encosa

Munich-based energy storage startup encosa has secured €25 million funding to accelerate the deployment of battery energy storage systems (BESS) for commercial and industrial businesses across Germany.

Fuse Energy

Fuse Energy has closed its Series B funding round, with new investors 20VC and Collaborative Fund contributing an additional €25 million ($30 million) alongside existing backers Balderton Capital and Lowercarbon Capital.
