Founded by Lukas Saari, Oliver Åstrand, and Oscar Boldt-Christmas, Tandem Health is developing an AI-native operating system designed to ease the administrative burden on clinicians and enable more time for direct patient care.

At the core of Tandem Health’s solution is its AI assistant, which automatically generates accurate, compliant clinical notes during patient consultations — eliminating the need for manual typing or dictation.

Currently, tens of thousands of clinicians across Europe use Tandem’s platform daily. In the UK, a major partnership with Accurx has extended access to over 200,000 NHS professionals, making it one of the largest deployments of healthcare AI to date.
