SUMMARY
- Realm has secured $4.5 million in seed funding to help speed up enterprise sales cycles.
The round was led by Frontline Ventures, with participation from HubSpot Ventures, Cal Henderson, and Alex Bouaziz.
Enterprise revenue teams today still depend on fragmented systems and unstructured data, which makes it difficult to efficiently create essential materials like RFP responses, security questionnaires and business cases.
Unlike software development where structured code provides clear context for AI tools revenue workflows often require pulling information from multiple disconnected sources.

Realm tackles this problem by converting raw business data into a structured model of a company’s market, products, pipeline, and strategy. This enables AI agents to generate and support deal-critical documents and automate tasks that typically demand significant manual effort.

According to CEO Mikko Mäntylä, tools like Cursor and Claude Code have already transformed how developers work, with many now orchestrating multiple AI agents at once. He believes revenue teams are beginning to follow a similar path, using AI to automate processes such as RFP responses and security questionnaires.
The platform integrates with tools like Slack, CRM systems and AI assistants, embedding structured context directly into existing workflows. Over time user interactions and edits are fed back into the system building a continuously improving knowledge base that can be reused across the organization.
With the new funding, Realm intends to scale its operations, grow its team, and continue enhancing its platform to better support AI-driven revenue processes.
As Mäntylä explained, customers use Realm to produce essential deliverables, from large bids to business cases that influence important decisions.
Typically, 70–80% of Realm’s work is approved as-is. Any edits feed back into Realm’s context, creating a compounding record that everyone in the organisation benefits from.
