Jacek Migdal and Pawel Brzoska, the company’s founders, have years of expertise in the observability field. For a decade, Jacek led the engineering team of Sumo Logic, which Francisco Partners bought in 2023 for a sum of $1.7 billion. Pawel Brzoska worked with Dynatrace/Compuware (NYE: DT, $16 billion) for fourteen years as the product lead.

Jacek Migdał, Quesma’s CEO said, “Too frequently, companies are burned with legacy maintenance, the wrong tool for the job and data cleaning instead of producing business value, Their data is not ready to take advantage of recent LLM advances. The typical enterprise data migration is a multi-year effort with a massive percentage of failures and cost overruns. We want to change that.”

As AI becomes more popular, a specialised approach is required for efficient data analysis and storage. The shortcomings present databases frequently call for specialised platforms in order to succeed. As a result, there will be more requests than ever for innovation in the DB space.
