[Funding alert] German PE investor SHS Capital Secures €270 million sixth Fund

The German private equity investor SHS Capital has completed the final closing of its sixth generation of funds.
The new fund will invest in European, growing healthcare companies and allocates between 10 and 40 million euros per transaction.
The investment focus of the new SHS VI fund is on growing European healthcare companies.

The investors in the SHS VI fund come from the areas of fund of funds, insurance companies, pension funds, foundations, family offices, banks, healthcare groups, church investors and entrepreneurs, among others. Furthermore, the SHS investment team itself has made significant investments.
The industry investor SHS is a private equity provider founded in 1993 that invests in healthcare companies in Europe. The focus of the investments is on expansion financing, changes in shareholders and succession situations. “Building European Healthcare Champions” is the investment philosophy according to which SHS finances and develops portfolio companies.
