NEURA Robotics Acquires ADLATUS Robotics to Expand Its Physical AI Ecosystem

The deal will add ADLATUS Robotics’ autonomous cleaning technology to NEURA’s growing portfolio. It follows NEURA’s recent addition of the Bosch Rexroth ACTIVE Shuttle to its Physical AI ecosystem.

NEURA wants to bring different types of robots and applications together on one shared AI platform. The goal is to make robot intelligence more useful and scalable across different industries and tasks.

ADLATUS Robotics has been developing autonomous cleaning and sweeping robots for industries such as logistics, healthcare, manufacturing, commercial spaces and public areas. The company already has hundreds of robots in use, along with its own navigation software and experience in real-world cleaning operations.

David Reger, founder and CEO of NEURA Robotics, says: “We aren’t acquiring ADLATUS simply to add another cleaning robot to our portfolio. Andreas Lindemann, Managing Director of NEURA Mobile Robots, adds: “Our aim is to expand mobile robotics beyond traditional material handling. Autonomous cleaning is a logical next step in this direction. Looking ahead, we also want to integrate these solutions into our Fleet Manager, enabling additional applications for existing and new customers. With ADLATUS, we are laying the foundation to strategically expand this business and establish it as a core component of our AMR portfolio with its own product family."

NEURA Robotics and ADLATUS have been working together through a strategic partnership since September 2025.

The two companies made their first joint public appearance at CMS in Berlin, where they showcased their collaboration.
