This is LiveKid’s second acquisition in 2026 and is part of the company’s broader strategy to grow through acquisitions and strengthen its position in both Europe and Latin America.

Following the acquisition, LiveKid now supports more than 5,000 early childhood education centers and over 600,000 parents across countries including Poland, Spain, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Mexico, Chile, Colombia, the Dominican Republic, Peru, and Argentina.

The platform also handles more than $400 million in annual payments related to tuition fees and other services provided by preschools and childcare centers, making it a major player in the early childhood education technology market.

Jakub Pawelski, founder and CEO of LiveKid, said, "Aldea has built a strong position in parent payments and centre operations, highlighting the team's local market expertise and confirming that Jorge Dzul will continue to lead the company's operations in Mexico."

Founded in Poland in 2017 by Jakub Pawelski, LiveKid provides an all-in-one platform for early childhood education centers, helping them manage tasks such as billing, admissions, staff scheduling, meal planning, digital journals, communication, and reporting from a single system.

For parents, the platform offers one app where they can pay tuition fees, report attendance, send messages, and receive daily updates about their children. This helps schools and families move away from paper-based processes and disconnected tools that are still widely used in the sector.

Aldea was founded by Luis Garza Sada and Jorge Dzul. The company has built a software platform for early childhood education centers, helping schools manage their operations and communicate with parents.

Aldea has gained a strong presence in the Latin American market, especially in Monterrey, a major city in northern Mexico. The company has also expanded its services to education centers in Colombia and Chile.

After the acquisition, LiveKid’s platform will continue to operate under the Aldea brand in Latin America. The combined team in Mexico will be based in Monterrey and will work closely with LiveKid’s existing teams in Barcelona and Kraków.

As part of the deal, Luis Garza Sada will join LiveKid’s board and help guide the company’s growth and expansion across Latin America.

Looking ahead, LiveKid plans to continue expanding in Europe and Latin America through additional acquisitions and by strengthening its position in existing markets.
