Under the agreement, eligible startups at PariSanté Campus—created as part of France’s “Innovation Santé 2030” strategy—will be able to join Dassault Systèmes’ 3DEXPERIENCE Lab and OUTSCALE for Entrepreneurs accelerator programs.
This gives startups access to more than 40 years of Dassault Systèmes’ industry expertise, helping them build innovative healthcare solutions at a time when governments and companies are focused on protecting sensitive data while still supporting innovation and growth.
Startups at PariSanté Campus can use AI-powered virtual twins on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to simulate, test, and validate solutions before real-world or clinical use. This helps reduce development time lower the need for physical prototypes and speed up time to market.
They also gain access to OUTSCALE’s certified sovereign cloud infrastructure and high-performance computing resources to support AI-driven healthcare applications. In addition, startups receive mentoring and training from a strong network of experts and partners.
The combined innovation ecosystem from Dassault Systèmes and PariSanté Campus provides startups with the broad support they need to develop new ideas and bring products to market. It helps them address key challenges such as development costs, regulations, cybersecurity and data sovereignty, which require tailored solutions rather than a one size-fits-all approach.

It also supports the growing use of AI by providing scalable computing power and secure data environments needed for advanced healthcare innovation.
“For more than 10 years, the 3DEXPERIENCE Lab has supported entrepreneurs who want to change the world. By providing healthcare startups with virtual twins, simulation and the power of AI, we enable them to create, test and validate their solutions virtually and get them to market faster. By connecting them with experts and virtual companions, we increase their chance of success,” said Frédéric Vacher, Director of Innovation, Dassault Systèmes.
“Through this partnership, we will accelerate innovation by making sovereign, technologically advanced data infrastructure available to PariSanté Campus stakeholders. The data infrastructure from Dassault Systèmes will be essential for PariSanté Campus innovators to store, use, secure and analyze their data under optimal conditions, become European digital champions, and scale their innovations globally, “ said Antoine Tesnière, Managing Director, PariSanté Campus.
