“Clementine combines deep domain expertise with a clear AI platform strategy that can scale globally. We believe this approach will fundamentally change how people with hearing disability engage with hearing healthcare. And that’s impact we like to help scale,” said Douwe Jippes, managing partner, Healthy.Capital.

The company says Clementine is the world’s first AI hearing activation platform designed specifically for the hearing-care industry. Its goal is to help people take the next step toward getting hearing care.
At the heart of the platform is Matthew, Clementine’s AI hearing-care agent. Matthew can talk to potential patients 24/7, answer their questions, and provide information without judgment or waiting times. It also helps users deal with emotional and practical concerns and guides them toward the right care.
