Always Friday, an Italian AI-native platform for corporate event planning, has raised a €1.05 million pre-seed funding round led by Vento Ventures and P3 Ventures, with participation from Marco Migliore, Arnaldo Borghesi, and several angel investors from the Italian startup ecosystem.

Founded in 2024 in Latina by Gianluca Sordano, Daniele Viccaro, Antonio Restaino and Lorenzo Balzani, the startup has built an AI-powered platform that automates key parts of event planning, including venue sourcing, supplier selection, contracts, operations and payments.

The platform uses AI agents that manage the end-to-end workflow, including contacting venues, negotiating availability and pricing and coordinating suppliers. The system is designed to automate up to 90% of operational tasks, reducing planning timelines from weeks to just a few hours.

Always Friday currently has nine employees and has grown revenue fivefold year-on-year. In Q1 2026 it matched its full-year 2025 revenue driven by strong demand from enterprise and mid market clients seeking to streamline corporate event operations.

Always Friday is also developing one of the largest proprietary event supplier databases in Italy, with plans to expand its coverage across Europe.

The newly raised capital will be used to grow its engineering team, enhance its AI agent capabilities, and strengthen its data infrastructure, which maps venues, suppliers, pricing, and event performance data to improve automation and decision-m
