Affinity Labs Raises $2 Mn in Pre-Seed Funding to Build AI-Powered Software Brands with Creators

London-based startup Affinity Labs has raised $2 million in pre-seed funding to grow its collection of software brands built with creators and improve its AI-powered technology for developing new products.

SUMMARY

  • Affinity Labs raised $2 million in pre-seed funding, led by Fuel Ventures, with participation from Antler.
  • Founded by Edoardo Ricci, Ahmed Eltom and Sunny Panchal, the company partners with content creators to build and grow software brands.
  • The funding will support the development of its AI-powered technology and expansion of its creator-led software business.

The funding round was led by Fuel Ventures, with participation from Antler. The company also received a £497,787 grant from Innovate UK, part of UK Research and Innovation (UKRI).

Edoardo Ricci, CEO and co-founder of Affinity Labs, said: "Creators are the most underleveraged founders in the world. They have the audience, the trust and the loyalty, but what they have lacked is the infrastructure to turn that into value. Affinity Labs exists to be that infrastructure, we co-found every product with a leading creator and put our AI factory behind it, so each brand launches with the built-in organic distribution that consumer products typically spend years building."

Affinity Labs was founded by Edoardo Ricci (CEO), Ahmed Eltom (COO) and Sunny Panchal (CTO). The company works with content creators to develop and launch software products.

It uses creators’ existing audiences and its own technology to build and grow digital brands. Each product is developed in partnership with a creator, who becomes a co-founder of the business.

Content creators have already built successful brands in industries such as beauty, food and beverages. Affinity Labs is bringing a similar approach to the software industry.

The company aims to help creators turn their audiences into digital businesses without having to build the technology or manage all the operations themselves.
