Zuto the UK’s leading car finance fintech, has appointed Aimee Gethin as its new Chief Executive Officer.

Aimee has been central to Zuto’s growth since joining the company in 2015 and has served as Chief Operating Officer since 2020 leading its transformation and driving sustained business growth.

She succeeds founder Jim Wilkinson, who will remain with the business in his founder and ambassador role. The leadership transition follows a long-term succession plan with Aimee working closely with Jim in preparation for the role.

Zuto continues to focus on helping UK households purchase vehicles more easily. With one in 16 used cars financed through its platform, the company has strong insights into customer behaviour.

By leveraging data-driven strategy, Zuto is strengthening partnerships across the car finance ecosystem, supporting lenders in digital transformation and expanding customer choice. The company is also on track to exceed £100 million in revenue by 2026 under Aimee Gethin’s leadership.
