Udora, formerly known as Flowwow, has raised $10 million in a private funding round and relaunched under its new brand to strengthen its local presence across Europe, expand its product catalogue and enhance AI-driven personalisation.

The rebranding marks a planned separation from its former Russian operations. Udora will now operate as an independent business focused on international markets with Europe as a key priority and headquarters in Dubai UAE.

The Russian business will continue independently, while Udora builds on strong international traction to accelerate its global expansion.

Udora, founded in 2014, connects customers with local florists, confectioners, and artisan makers across more than 50 markets and 1,500 cities worldwide. In Europe, the platform is gaining momentum, with strong growth in key markets including the UK, Spain, Germany, France, and Poland.

Udora offers over 150,000 products across 25+ categories, supported by a network of verified local sellers in each market. In Europe popular categories include flowers, confectionery, plants, and personalised gifts.

All orders are fulfilled by independent sellers and SMEs such as florists, confectioners, and plant shops.

The platform provides digital tools, order management, and marketing support, helping these businesses reach new customers and grow without building their own infrastructure.
