"Owning a rental property has built wealth for generations, but the high entry ticket and the hassle of managing it are simply too much for most. Unitoq opens that opportunity up to many more people, letting them build a diversified real estate portfolio straight from their smartphone," says Eduards Raudonis, co-founder and CEO of Unitoq.

Founded in 2026 by Eduards Raudonis and Nikita Manija, Unitoq is developing a platform that allows people to invest in residential properties with as little as €100.

Investors can earn money through rental income and potential increases in property values. This gives people a chance to invest in real estate without having to buy an entire property.

Buying a property directly usually requires a large amount of money. It also involves responsibilities such as managing tenants, handling repairs and taking care of paperwork.

Traditional options, such as real estate investment funds, may not always give investors clear information about the individual properties they are investing in or how their money is being used.

Unitoq aims to make property investment simpler through its digital platform. Users can choose individual residential properties that have been checked before being listed. Experienced property operators take care of tenant management and maintenance.
