TUSK IC Raises €15 Mn in Series A Funding to Scale Semiconductor Technology

The funding round was led by Matterwave Ventures, FORWARD.one, and the Flanders Future Tech Fund, which is managed by PMV.

The Schaubroeck family also invested in the round. TUSK IC’s existing investors continued to support the company as part of the new funding round.

Founded in 2018 as a spin-out of KU Leuven’s mmWave research group, TUSK IC is a fabless semiconductor company. It develops mmWave chips and modules for Ka-band satellite communications.

The company makes highly integrated millimetre-wave chips and antenna modules for industries such as automotive, industrial technology, and satellite communications.
