UK-based Technology Startup Deazy Acquired Geektastic

UK-based technology startup Deazy acquired Geektastic, a London-based company that offers peer-reviewed, customised technical evaluations. The deal’s total value was not made public.

With the addition of Geektastic, which offers a blend of technical tests and coding challenges, Deazy is now able to show prospective clients the calibre and competence of its developer community.

Geektastic, under the direction of CEO Rick Brownlow, offers custom and pre-built code challenges on demand. Customers can create their own code challenges and review guidelines incorporated into their HR platforms for expedited recruitment thanks to the platform’s customisation options.

In order to give candidates insight into their coding abilities, it offers a completely regulated human review procedure. The Ubergeeks, a network of 300 of the brightest technical minds on the planet from Google, Amazon, and Accenture, serve as expert peer reviewers. By streamlining the assessment process, they can hire more developers faster, free up internal resources for other purposes during the hiring process, and increase the likelihood of hiring the best candidates.
