Storyblok, a modern content management system (CMS) for all teams, based in Linz, raises $138 million in total after securing €73.6 million in series C round funding. With participation from current investors HV Capital, Mubadala Capital, 3VC, and firstminute capital, Brighton Park Capital led the round.

The founders of imagino, Stéphane Dehoche, Arnaud Chapis, and Thomas Boudalier, have a history of building profitable companies. Neolane was successfully sold to Adobe for $600 million after the three of them turned the company into a global leader in marketing automation and campaign management. 

Quantica

Quantica, an advanced additive manufacturing technology company based in Berlin, Increases Series A funding to a total of €19.7 million. The extension was led by a new investor, British private equity and VC firm West Hill Capital, as well as participation from a family owned company in the dental industry, Quantica management, and Korean VC Big Bang Angels.

Gireve, a French player in electric vehicle charging and decarbonisation of transport, secures €20 million in funding from Partech’s Impact Fund. The investor will contribute to the capital of the business in accordance with the provisions of the agreement, which will be bolstered by additional capital contributions from current shareholders.

GIREVE simplifies the connections and exchanges between business owners and operators. Mobility operators, including as manufacturers and fleet managers, can develop alliances with GIREVE, an integrated platform that provides cutting-edge services, to improve the services they provide to drivers.

Bcas

Bcas, a platform dedicated to enabling students to access higher education without financial barriers, secures €17 million in funding led by MyInvestor and Actyus (Andbank Group’s venture debt fund).

Bcas was established in 2021 and provides students with a flexible financing option to help them pay for their education. 

re:cap

Financing and data insights company re:cap secures $14.6 million in series A round funding and the release of its proprietary software as a service (SaaS) platform. The funding round was led by Entrée Capital and included participation from further existing shareholders Felix Capital and Project A, following 24 months of rapid growth for re:cap.

Founded in Berlin in 2021, tech company re:cap operates a financing and data insights platform. On the one hand, it uses this platform to provide alternative debt financing and insights to tech and services businesses in Germany and the Netherlands.

BlackWood

BlackWood, a network and technology-driven venture capital fund, raises €14.7
million in 2nd closing of Fund I. The fund finds and invests in Europe's most promising early-stage entrepreneurs using a methodical process.
