By combining Broadridge Financial Solutions’s data and infrastructure capabilities with CENTRL’s AI-powered platform, firms can reduce manual work, avoid duplicate data collection, improve accuracy, and maintain stronger, more reliable audit trails for compliance.

This includes upgrading tools like Fi360 RFP Director, embedding Broadridge data into CENTRL’s platform, and expanding access to AI-driven tools that automate due diligence, RFP responses, and counterparty oversight.
Broadridge’s data and analytics business focuses on turning complex data into actionable insights across the asset management lifecycle. By adding CENTRL’s capabilities the company strengthens its ability to connect data, workflows and automation helping clients simplify processes improve decision-making, and scale operations.
As part of the collaboration, Broadridge clients will also gain access to CENTRL’s due diligence and response platforms enabling more efficient management of fund oversight, counterparty evaluations and RFP workflows.
