HR software startup Sloneek has raised $6 million in a new funding round led mainly by Orbit Capital and Venture to Future Fund. The company raised more money than it had originally planned.
Sloneek will use the funding to expand into new European markets, build more local integrations, and enhance its AI features. The company is working toward becoming an agentic HR platform that can automate and simplify more human resources tasks.
The funding comes at a time when more businesses across Europe are adopting digital HR software and AI-powered workplace tools.

The European HR software market was worth more than $4.8 billion last year and is expected to almost double by 2033. This growth is being driven by the increasing use of cloud-based HR platforms and AI tools that help automate and improve workplace processes.
"We want to be the first agentic HR platform that you can control entirely by voice or written commands. The trend is clear: in a few years, no one will think of Sloneek as an application - they will think of it as a partner wherever it is needed. Embedded in email workflows, in the tools people use every day, natively integrated into AI solutions and company-wide data", said Filip Lukáč, CEO and co-founder of Sloneek.
Founded in 2016 by Filip Lukáč, Sloneek has grown from a regional HR software provider into an AI-powered platform that serves companies across Europe.
The company was one of the early adopters of generative AI in the HR industry, adding AI features directly into its platform in 2023. This helped attract more customers and supported Sloneek's expansion into international markets.
Today, Sloneek is used by more than 500 business customers in 25 countries. Through the platform, these companies manage HR processes for around 50,000 employees. Some of its customers include Grant Thornton, MAN, WPP Media, and Twisto.
The company currently generates €2.5 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR), and its revenue has more than doubled over the past year, reflecting strong growth in customer adoption.
