Piney Raises €1.6 Mn to Expand Its AI-Powered Property Operations Platform

The funding round was led by Uni.fund, which also led Piney’s previous €1.2 million funding round in December 2024.

Founded in 2022, Piney is more than just a cleaning company. It provides cleaning and other services for short- and mid-term rental properties.

Piney currently serves more than 5,000 properties across Spain, Portugal, Greece, Cyprus, France, and the United States.

The company says its services can reduce the daily workload of property managers by up to 80%. It does this through its own cleaning teams, automated scheduling, and a real-time monitoring dashboard.

Piney also manages laundry and linen services and provides guest amenities. All these services are managed through its technology platform, helping Piney grow more like a software company instead of a traditional hospitality business.
