OLX Group Appoints Andrew Garrihy as Chief Marketing Officer

OLX Group (OLX), a global online classifieds company, has appointed Andrew Garrihy as its new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). He joined the company's Executive Team and started the role on 1 July 2026, reporting directly to CEO Christian Gisy.

As CMO, Andrew will lead OLX's marketing strategy and help attract more users and business customers. He will also focus on using AI across the marketing team to improve campaigns and ensure customers better understand the value of OLX's online marketplaces.

Andrew Garrihy has many years of international marketing experience and has worked in more than 170 countries across different industries.

He previously served as the Chief Marketing Officer of OLX Autos from 2022 to 2023. Before joining OLX's Executive Team, he also worked as a Senior Advisor to the company.

Before OLX, Andrew held senior leadership roles at Huawei, Qualcomm, Samsung, and Vodafone. In these positions, he led global marketing teams and helped strengthen and grow brands across Europe, the Middle East, Africa (EMEA), Asia, and Latin America.

Andrew is known for his strong marketing and technology skills. He also has hands-on experience building AI agents and digital products, and he will play an important role in bringing AI into OLX's daily marketing operations.
