Berlin-based InsurTech startup Muffintech has raised €3.5 million to improve its AI solutions for insurance companies and brokers. These solutions help with customer queries, policy searches, handling objections, and explaining benefits.

The funding round was led by ff Venture Capital and Techstars, with support from angel investors in the insurance sector, including former industry leaders. €800k of the funding also came from the Investitionsbank Berlin’s IBB Pro FIT programme.
