Alexander Böhm and Ole Schaumberg, the company's founders, set out to effectively address the three main problems of the energy transition, the shortage of qualified labour in the trades, and the integration of immigrants.
Alexander Böhm said, “Thanks to a strong focus and a high degree of digitalisation, our training courses qualify employees much faster than is possible with conventional training, without sacrificing quality, German language skills will also no longer be an issue for us. Our digital learning platform will be available to course participants in several languages.”
Project A’s Mila Cramer commented: “Germany lacks an estimated 60k workers to achieve the heat pump energy transition goals by 2030 alone, 50% of all blue-collar workers will retire in the next 10 years. To fill this gap, we need innovative solutions that increase efficiency and create additional capacity by training new workers. In Alex and Ole, we have found the perfect team with the passion and experience to achieve this goal.”
