SUMMARY

  • Lovable, a Swedish AI startup, has raised $15M (around €14.29M) in pre-Series A funding to develop what it calls the world's first AI full-stack engineer.
  • Lovable provides a flexible AI-powered platform that goes beyond regular no-code tools.

The investment round was led by Creandum and supported by angel investors, including Charlie Songhurst (Meta board member), Adam D’Angelo, and Thomas Wolf (co-founder of Huggingface).

Fredrik Cassel, general partner at Creandum, says, “I haven’t seen this level of user love for a product since we invested in Spotify. It’s truly astounding. Lovable has the potential to become one of Europe’s next generational companies in this new era of AI.”

It has grown quickly with $2M in investment and is now ready to expand further with $15M in new funding. The company plans to speed up AI innovation, improve automation, and connect with important services like Supabase and GitHub.

Founder Anton Osika says this investment will make Lovable’s technology stronger and help reach more users around the world.

Osika says, “Less than 1 per cent of the world’s population can code, which is a significant drag on innovation. Imagine if anyone with a powerful idea could turn that idea into a product. This is the vision we’re making a reality at Lovable.”

The company wants to change how software is created, helping users turn their ideas into ready-to-use products in minutes.
