London-based Bloom secures $10M in seed funding. MMC Ventures and Octopus Ventures were among the other backers. The startup aims to onboard 100,000 members in the US and the UK by 2024, using the funds to speed its growth.
Under the leadership of co-founder Jamie True and CEO Alistair Crane, Bloom offers workers daily, individualised growth opportunities through the integration of AI, psychometrics, behavioural science, and human insight.
The solution combines statistically supported personal insights, motivational audio from top industry figures, and frequent check-ins with a committed group of certified coaches.
