The news is made at a time when a conflict among the Dutch company's shareholders is putting it in danger of going bankrupt. Nonetheless, the court for interim relief is providing assistance.

According to the FD, the judge has ordered that Magic Micro, the majority shareholder from South Korea, to approve an emergency loan of €1.5 million from Oost NL, a development business. Notably, the report notes, this does not resolve the issues surrounding the Dutch business because Magic Micro's shares will soon have to be sold.
