Kloutit funding news – Barcelona-based Kloutit has Secured €540K in First Funding Round

Kloutit, a Barcelona-based startup that provides AI solutions for chargeback management, has raised €540K in its first funding round. The money will be used to improve its Software as a Service (SaaS) product.
The funding round was led by Lanai Ventures and BStartup 10, with support from industry leaders like Luis Osorio Solé, CEO of Stayforlong; Francesc López, COO of Stayforlong; and Raúl Morón, CTO of Stayforlong. Other investors include Axel Serena (CEO of ByeTravel), Manuel Roca (CEO of Atrápalo), Ricardo Fernández (CEO of Destinia), and Daniel Romy, founder of Simplr.
Founded only two months ago, it has already helped clients recover over €150K, proving the effectiveness of its service.

Albert Algarra, CEO of Kloutit, expressed optimism about the funding’s potential to advance the company’s mission: “The funding raised so far not only allows us to invest more in technology and customer acquisition, but we have also been able to surround ourselves with investors, whose experience and knowledge can bring a lot to the project with their ideas and feedback.”
Kloutit, founded in 2024, focuses on using AI to simplify and improve the chargeback process. The company claims an 80% success rate in helping businesses defend against chargebacks.
Kloutit Platform Offering
Kloutit’s platform uses AI to automate chargeback management, reducing financial losses and helping prevent disputes. Users can upload emails, invoices, or images to create a custom defense in under 30 seconds.
The company plans to enhance its tools by connecting them with payment processors and other systems. Kloutit is also working on a system to prevent chargebacks by using data analysis to predict and reduce risks from problematic transactions.

Kloutit plans to expand by testing its services with well-known online businesses like ByeTravel and Atrápalo. After its recent launch, the startup aims to grow naturally and become a major player in chargeback management.
