HrFlow.ai a Paris-based startup developing data and AI infrastructure for the labour market, has raised $6 million ($7 million) in a pre-Series A funding round, bringing its total funding to €8.5 million ($10 million).
The round was led by 115K, the venture capital arm of La Banque Postale, and EmergingTech Ventures (EmTech), with participation from existing investors including Xavier Niel (Free, Kima, Station F), Jean-Baptiste Rudelle (Criteo), Romain Niccoli (Pigment, Criteo), Franck Le Ouay (LIFEN, Criteo), Flavien Kulawik (KLB), Allen Penn (Uber), Dominique Vidal (Index Ventures), and Thibaud Elzière (Hexa, Fotolia).

Mouhidine Seiv, founder and CEO, HrFlow.ai, said, “HrFlow.ai was born from a conviction: the labour market is now too complex to be managed effectively by human intelligence alone. In the Global South, the core problem is access. Millions of people are denied access to work not because they lack ability, but because the road to opportunity has been closed, broken, or hidden from them. “In developed economies, the problem is different: opportunity exists, but recruiters are overwhelmed by scale, speed, and complexity, and millions of opportunities are missed because human decision-making cannot keep pace. Two different realities. One shared conclusion: we need a new infrastructure for the labour market.

“I founded HrFlow.ai to build safe Hiring SuperIntelligence as infrastructure for the future of work: helping recruiters make better, faster decisions at scale, while expanding access to opportunity where it remains out of reach. Our mission is to help create, alongside the actors of the labour market, a job market that is more fluid, more fair, and better able to connect human potential with real economic opportunity.”
Founded in 2016, HrFlow.ai is an AI-powered platform focused on managing and optimizing human resources data. It is used by organisations dealing with major recruitment challenges both in terms of hiring volume and quality as well as internal talent and skills management.
Its clients include staffing agencies such as Crit, Samsic, Manpower, Staffmatch, and Gojob; recruitment firms and RPOs like Kelly Services, Fed Group, and Uptoo; job platforms including Freework and freelance.com; large enterprises such as Sanofi, Safran, and Enedis; ATS providers like Fountain, TeamTailor, Boondmanager, and Tribepad; as well as public sector organisations including the Hauts-de-France Region, the National Gendarmerie, the French Army, Luxembourg, and Mauritania.
The company has a team of 35 employees, including 21 researchers and engineers. Its platform includes several core products: Data Studio, which centralises and manages HR data through more than 200 integrations such as ATS, job boards, and HRIS systems; AI Studio, which uses advanced and explainable AI to structure, standardise, and enrich candidate and job data for better matching and prioritisation; and App Studio, which enables users to build AI agents and custom interfaces that integrate smoothly with existing HR tools.
“At 115K, we are convinced of the key role HrFlow.ai plays in the transformation of human resources. Through state-of-the-art technology and an API-first approach, the platform enables the structuring and activation of HR data at scale, establishing itself as an essential building block of modern HR ecosystems,” said Armelle de Tinguy, Managing Partner at 115K.
The company reports a current margin of around 27% and says its cash flow allows it to operate independently. However, it is raising new funds as part of a strategic growth plan.
With this investment, HrFlow.ai plans to expand its commercial presence in the US, where it has been active since 2022, and further strengthen its footprint in Europe, particularly in the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, and Italy. The company also intends to roll out the second generation of its AI platform.
This marks HrFlow.ai’s second funding round, following a €1.9 million ($2.3 million) raise in 2018.
