Amsterdam-based no-code Website Builder Framer Secures $27M in Series C Round Funding .The round was led by Pigment and Personio backers Meritech Capital, with existing investors including Accel and Atomico Foundation participating.

The business plans to expand its product and commercial teams throughout both Europe and the US using additional funding.

They Started Framer in 2015 based on the belief that high-fidelity design and prototyping would be the future. For a while, it looked like everyone was going to embrace that. But by 2021, They noticed a strong shift towards simpler methods. White-boarding tools and low-fidelity prototyping solutions were easier to use for a larger audience and won in popularity.
