Creditinfo Group, a global leader in credit information and data-driven solutions, has acquired full ownership of KIB Latvia (AS “Kredītinformācijas Birojs”), increasing its stake from 51% to 100% after 13 years of partnership.

This move strengthens Creditinfo’s strategic position in Latvia and the wider Baltic region giving the company full operational control of the credit bureau and enabling closer alignment with its long-term growth plans.
With complete ownership, Creditinfo Group plans to increase investment in the Latvian market and expand advanced data and credit solutions for financial institutions, businesses and consumers. The focus will be on enhancing data sharing, improving risk management, and supporting responsible lending.
The company also aims to develop new capabilities, including advanced analytics, expanded digital services, business information tools, fraud and identity solutions, and new consumer products to improve financial inclusion, transparency, and access to credit.
