This strategic move expands CGI’s footprint across France, Europe, and Morocco, enhancing its service depth especially within the manufacturing and financial services sectors.
Over 2,500 professionals have joined CGI as part of the Apside acquisition, including nearly 2,200 based in France.
Apside operates in France, Belgium, Canada, Morocco, Portugal, and Switzerland, delivering services across manufacturing, finance, insurance, and the public sector. The company also brings deep expertise in data, AI, cloud, and cybersecurity.
