Ageras acquisition news – Danish Accounting Software fintech Ageras Acquires Storebuddy

Founded in 2014, Storebuddy helps businesses like Nordgreen and Watery automate accounting tasks such as reconciling orders, online payments, payouts, fees, and preparing VAT reports.

Martin Hegelund, co-founder of Ageras, said that Storebuddy’s software makes “life easier for Danish online store owners by automating time-heavy accounting tasks”.

Lasse Juhl Kirk, co-founder of Storebuddy, said the acquisition would mean that its tech would be brought to more customers beyond Denmark.
