
Claranova has appointed Éric Roussel as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective immediately. He also joins the company's Executive Committee.
Éric Roussel replaces Antonio Adornato, who had been serving as the interim CFO.
Éric Roussel has a master's degree in finance from the Institut Mines-Télécom Business School and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He has more than 20 years of international finance experience.
He started his career at Ernst & Young in Paris and New York, where he worked for 14 years in audit and transaction advisory. Later, he spent seven years as CFO of Mega International, a SaaS software company, where he led the company's refinancing efforts and organizational transformation.

Claranova is a software company that develops SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions to make everyday digital tasks easier. Its products cover PDF and document management, utilities and security, and photo editing.
The company's software is available in more than 160 countries, with 94% of its revenue coming from outside France. Claranova also uses artificial intelligence (AI) to improve its products by automating tasks using data more effectively, and providing a better user experience. Its software is available in multiple languages and follows a subscription-based business model, which generates recurring revenue.
