European Startups raised capital in order to expand and move into more successful. Here is this week's Top European Startups Funding Roundup- January 12 – January 16 2026.

Parloa

German-founded Parloa, which builds AI voice agents for call centers, has raised $350 million in a Series D round, tripling its valuation to $3 billion in just seven months.

Harmattan AI

Harmattan AI announced a $200 million Series B round led by Dassault Aviation at a $1.4 billion valuation alongside a strategic partnership to integrate advanced autonomy into future combat aviation systems.

Osapiens

Mannheim-based osapiens, a provider of enterprise software for sustainable growth, has secured an €85.8 million ($100 million) Series C funding round led by Decarbonization Partners, a joint venture between BlackRock and Temasek. With this round, osapiens has officially reached unicorn status.

Nuclera

Biotech firm Nuclera has raised an additional $12 million increasing its total Series C funding to $87 million.

Aikido

Belgian cybersecurity company Aikido has secured $60M in Series B funding at a $1B valuation, led by Tom Stafford at DST Global, with participation from PSG Equity, Singular, Notion Capital, and other investors.

Hydrosat

Luxembourg- and US-based Hydrosat, a provider of thermal infrared satellite data and AI-powered analytics, has closed €51 million ($60 million) in Series B funding to accelerate growth across commercial, civil government, and defense markets.

Bit.bio

Cambridge-based biotech firm bit.bio, which develops human cell programming technology, has raised $50 million in funding. The round was led by M&G Investments.

Midnite

Midnite, a UK-based sportsbook and casino operator, has announced the successful raise of €30 million ($35 million) in a Series C funding round to expand operations, speed up product development, and support its international growth plans.

HOLYWATER

Ukraine-based HOLYWATER has secured $22 million in a funding round led by Horizon Capital, with participation from US investors including Endeavor Catalyst and Wheelhouse.

Zepo

Spain-based cybersecurity startup Zepo Intelligence, which protects organizations from AI-driven social engineering attacks, has closed a €12.8 million ($15 million) Seed funding round.
