[Funding alert] Paris-based Fintech Startup Swan Secures €37 million Series B Round in Funding

A €37 million Series B investment round, led by Lakestar, has been secured by Swan, an embedded finance platform, along with reinvestment from Swan’s current investors.

The investment will support Swan’s internationalisation, including begins in the Netherlands in the upcoming months and Italy beginning in 2024.

Swan offers an embedded finance platform. Via Swan’s simple APIs, European companies can integrate banking services (accounts, cards, and payments) quickly and easily into their own product. Monthly, Swan processes over 350 million euros of transactions for 80+ companies across eight European countries.

Founded in 2019, Swan received a 5M€ Seed and a 16M€ Series A from top European Venture Capital Funds such as Creandum and Accel. Listed as “Europe’s rising 100” by Sifted, the startup is currently expanding across Europe.
