  • Fresh People, a Valencia-based HR tech company focused on leadership and team management, has secured €2.6 million in funding to accelerate the rollout of Booster its AI-powered leadership platform and support its international expansion plans.

The investment round was led by Inveready, with backing from Archipiélago Next, Successful Fund, and former BBVA executive Paloma Tejada, alongside several entrepreneurs from Spain and Mexico a key market where the company is preparing to expand.

Founded in 2020 Fresh People combines artificial intelligence with leadership development to help companies scale through a people-first approach.

The company says its platform enables businesses to strengthen leadership, align teams with strategic goals, and turn talent management into a measurable business driver.

Fresh People argues that effective leadership remains one of the biggest challenges for modern organisations. To address this, the company has built a system designed to bridge the gap between executive strategy and the day-to-day realities faced by teams.

Its approach combines established methodologies in leadership, strategy, and organisational change with an AI-native platform tailored to each user. The platform is intended to support data-driven decision-making and deliver sustainable organisational transformation.

The company says its technology can be applied across a range of business needs, including leadership development, performance management, team effectiveness, and cultural transformation.

Each implementation also includes action plans, learning programmes, and customer success support aimed at delivering measurable outcomes.

“Managing people should not be an administrative burden, but today it is. Managers have to handle more teams and meet more ambitious goals with less room to manoeuvre. Booster is built to remove that friction, so that technology stops being a mere data repository and becomes a proactive copilot. The objective is clear: to scale talent management by ensuring that every manager’s action translates into success for their team and growth for the company”, says José J. Burgos, CEO of Fresh People.
